As a Queer Affirmative Psychological Counselor, Wellness/Life Coach, and Neurodiversity practitioner, I specialise in working with adults and couples, globally. With experience across school, college, and corporate settings, I believe in the power of understanding and changing patterns that may no longer be serving us. In my practice, I facilitate the process of awareness, acceptance, and change; empowering people to navigate challenges and conflict effectively and meaningfully.
My approach is integrative and adaptive to unique needs and therapy goals, drawing techniques from REBT, CBT, Transactional Analysis, Person-Centred Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction. I collaborate with people as we explore the relation between past, present, and future, to maximise potentials.
When I’m not working, I enjoy travelling, puzzles, and fostering cats. I nourish myself by regularly journaling, exercising, practising mindfulness, and spending time with family and friends.
